Art. 1 - SOGGETTO PROMOTORE E NATURA DEL CONTEST
Il contest “Eightlines Awards 2024” è organizzato da Eightlines SRL con sede legale in Via Saragat, 8 – Nova Milanese (MB) 20834, P.IVA 13786580962, di seguito denominato “Organizzatore”. Il contest non rientra nella categoria delle manifestazioni a premio ai sensi dell’art. 6 comma 1 lettera a) del DPR 430/2001, in quanto si tratta di un’iniziativa artistica con votazione da parte del pubblico.
Art. 2 - DURATA E TERRITORIO
Il contest si svolgerà dal giorno 8 Gennaio 2025 e durerà fino ad un massimo di 20 giorni.
Le candidature saranno aperte esclusivamente dal giorno 8 Gennaio 2025 al 13 gennaio 2025.
Il contest è valido a livello mondiale.
Art. 3 - REQUISITI DI PARTECIPAZIONE
La partecipazione è gratuita ed è riservata a soggetti:
– Maggiorenni secondo la legislazione del proprio paese di residenza
– Che abbiano realizzato almeno un tatuaggio presso Eightlines
– In possesso di un account Instagram attivo e pubblico per tutta la durata del contest
– Sono esclusi dalla partecipazione i dipendenti dell’Organizzatore e i loro familiari fino al secondo grado.
Art. 4 - MODALITÀ DI PARTECIPAZIONE
La partecipazione avviene esclusivamente mediante la compilazione del form disponibile al link indicato dall’Organizzatore.
Il form richiederà:
– Dati anagrafici completi
– Contatti (email, numero di telefono, indirizzo e profilo Instagram)
– Upload della foto del tatuaggio
Art. 5 - REQUISITI DELLE FOTOGRAFIE
Le foto devono:
– Ritrarre esclusivamente e/o in primo piano il tatuaggio realizzato presso Eightlines
– Essere in formato JPG o PNG
– Avere una risoluzione minima di 1080×1080 pixel
– Essere nitide e ben illuminate
– Non presentare elaborazioni digitali
– Non contenere watermark o scritte
– Non includere elementi identificativi di persone diverse dal partecipante
– Non contenere contenuti inadeguati, offensivi o contrari alla legge
Art. 6 - SVOLGIMENTO DEL CONTEST
L’Organizzatore selezionerà, a suo insindacabile giudizio, un numero di finalisti pari a una potenza di 2 (16, 32 o superiore) in base al numero di candidature ricevute.
Il torneo si svolgerà attraverso scontri diretti nelle Instagram Stories del profilo ufficiale Eightlines.
Ogni sfida durerà 24 ore.
In caso di parità, la decisione insindacabile spetterà alla giuria interna composta dai tatuatori Resident di Eightlines.
Art. 7 - PREMI E MODALITÀ DI CONSEGNA
Sono previsti i seguenti premi:
– 1° classificato: Gift Card del valore di €200 + Trofeo
– 2° classificato: Gift Card del valore di €100 + Trofeo
– 3° classificato: Gift Card del valore di €50 + Trofeo
I vincitori saranno proclamati il giorno stesso della conclusione del torneo e saranno contattati ESCLUSIVAMENTE tramite i canali ufficiali dell’Organizzatore (email e/o Instagram Direct Message).
L’Organizzatore non richiederà mai dati aggiuntivi o pagamenti per la consegna dei premi.
Qualsiasi comunicazione proveniente da canali non ufficiali deve essere considerata fraudolenta.
Le Gift Card:
– Sono utilizzabili esclusivamente presso Eightlines
– Hanno validità di 12 mesi dalla data di emissione
– Non sono convertibili in denaro
– Non sono cedibili a terzi
Art. 8 - AUTORIZZAZIONI E DIRITTI D'AUTORE
Con la partecipazione al contest, ogni partecipante:
– Dichiara di essere l’autore e il legittimo proprietario della foto inviata
– Garantisce che la foto non viola diritti di terzi
– Concede all’Organizzatore licenza perpetua, irrevocabile, non esclusiva, trasferibile e gratuita per l’utilizzo della foto per qualsiasi finalità promozionale, pubblicitaria e di marketing
– Autorizza l’Organizzatore alla pubblicazione del proprio nome/username in caso di vittoria
Art. 9 - PRIVACY E TRATTAMENTO DATI
Il trattamento dei dati personali avverrà nel pieno rispetto del GDPR (UE 2016/679) e del D.Lgs. 196/2003.
I dati saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per le finalità connesse al contest. L’informativa completa è disponibile nel form di partecipazione.
Art. 10 - ACCETTAZIONE E MODIFICHE DEL REGOLAMENTO
La compilazione del form e l’invio della richiesta di partecipazione comportano l’accettazione incondizionata del presente regolamento. L’Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di modificare il regolamento o annullare il contest per cause di forza maggiore, dandone tempestiva comunicazione sui propri canali ufficiali.
Art. 11 - CONTROVERSIE
Per qualsiasi controversia sarà competente il Foro di Monza.

Eightlines Awards - Official Rules
Art. 1 - PROMOTER AND NATURE OF THE CONTEST
The “Eightlines Awards 2024” contest is organized by Eightlines SRL with registered office in Via Saragat, 8 – Nova Milanese (MB) 20834, VAT number 13786580962, hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”. The contest does not fall within the category of prize competitions pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of DPR 430/2001, as it is an artistic initiative with public voting.
Art. 2 - DURATION AND TERRITORY
The contest will run from January 8, 2025 and will last up to a maximum of 20 days.
Submissions will be open exclusively from January 8 to January 13, 2025.
The contest is valid worldwide.
Art. 3 - PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation is free and is open to subjects who:
– Are of legal age according to the legislation of their country of residence
– Have had at least one tattoo done at Eightlines
– Have an active and public Instagram account for the entire duration of the contest
– Organizer’s employees and their relatives up to the second degree are excluded from participation.
Art. 4 - HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Participation occurs exclusively by completing the form available at the link provided by the Organizer.
The form will require:
– Complete personal data
– Contacts (email, phone number, address and Instagram profile)
– Upload of the tattoo photo
Art. 5 - PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
Photos must:
– Portray exclusively and/or prominently the tattoo made at Eightlines
– Be in JPG or PNG format
– Have a minimum resolution of 1080×1080 pixels
– Be sharp and well-lit
– Not present digital manipulations
– Not contain watermarks or text
– Not include identifying elements of people other than the participant
– Not contain inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content
Art. 6 - CONTEST PROCEDURES
The Organizer will select, at its sole discretion, a number of finalists equal to a power of 2 (16, 32 or higher) based on the number of entries received.
The tournament will take place through head-to-head matches in the Instagram Stories of the official Eightlines profile.
Each challenge will last 24 hours.
In case of a tie, the final decision will be made by the internal jury composed of Eightlines Resident tattoo artists.
Art. 7 - PRIZES AND DELIVERY METHODS
The following prizes are available:
– 1st place: Gift Card worth €200 + Trophy
– 2nd place: Gift Card worth €100 + Trophy
– 3rd place: Gift Card worth €50 + Trophy
Winners will be announced on the same day of the tournament’s conclusion and will be contacted EXCLUSIVELY through the Organizer’s official channels (email and/or Instagram Direct Message).
The Organizer will never request additional data or payments for prize delivery.
Any communication from unofficial channels should be considered fraudulent.
The Gift Cards:
– Are usable exclusively at Eightlines
– Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
– Cannot be converted into cash
– Are not transferable to third parties
Art. 8 - AUTHORIZATIONS AND COPYRIGHT
By participating in the contest, each participant:
– Declares to be the author and legitimate owner of the submitted photo
– Guarantees that the photo does not violate third-party rights
– Grants the Organizer a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and free license to use the photo for any promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes
– Authorizes the Organizer to publish their name/username in case of victory
Art. 9 - PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING
Personal data processing will be carried out in full compliance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Legislative Decree 196/2003.
The data will be used exclusively for purposes related to the contest. The complete privacy policy is available in the participation form.
Art. 10 - ACCEPTANCE AND MODIFICATIONS OF THE RULES
Completing the form and submitting the participation request implies unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the rules or cancel the contest for force majeure reasons, giving prompt communication through its official channels.
Art. 11 - DISPUTES
For any dispute, the Court of Monza will have jurisdiction.
